PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING THE DAY OF THE RIDE:

- Pilot certificate
- Valid Medical
- Pilot logbooks
- IACRA username/password and FTN
- Completed IACRA application OR 8710 
- Government issue photo ID
- Knowledge exam result (must be original and unexpired)
- Part 141 school graduation certificate (unexpired)
- Aircraft maintenance records
- Aircraft registration (a copy is fine)
- View limiting device (if applicable)
- Weight and Balance for day of flight.  My weight is 200 lbs
- Current FAR/AIM, EFB/Current Maps
- Examiner fee:  $700.00 ($250.00 for retest) plus $150 for my FUEL/TIME if I come to your Airport for either initial check-ride or retest.

ENDORSEMENTS:

To start this exam, I will need to see the following endorsements in the logbook.  Please make endorsements as you find them in Advisory Circular 61-65H.

- Endorsement for knowledge exam
- 61.39 - Endorsement for practical test / knowledge exam codes
- CFI recommendation must be dated within 2 calendar months of practical date
- PIC endorsement for high-performance, complex, tailwheel if applicable
